Children are subject to additional stresses and strains due to improperly set up work stations, and increasing demands on their bodies from sport related activities.   • Be a great example to your child; look after your own health.
  • Create healthy habits for a healthy lifestyle that means proper nutrition, sleep, exercise, relaxation.
  • Get children interested in exercise, teach then to properly warm up, stretch and cool down.
  • Eat less processed foods.
  • Avoid drug therapies and using medication to mask the pain.
  • Have your child checked out by a chiropractor; often the initial check is FREE.
